There is a man and a lady. man didn't speak with me but he still looking at my face. There is one Lady she look my face 2 second after she look she's phone. I am still waiting there, I am standing and after a few seconds she say "YES". I answered her with the same tone of voice she used with me. She didn't like it. After talking for a while, the imperative "sit".. bro do not go there! Rubbish customer service. I don't think the other commenters are real people. This is just my opinion of course.

We take customer service very seriously, which is why we reviewed our CCTV footage after seeing your comment. Our staff were occupied on the phone assisting other clients when you entered, which may have caused a brief delay in acknowledging you.( In your case was 2 seconds). However, at no point was anyone rude or dismissive toward you.
We understand that first impressions matter, but making assumptions about our staff’s intentions without considering the situation is unfair. We always aim to assist every customer as promptly as possible, but during busy moments, there may be a short wait.

Horribly ran and escalated issues to the Property Ombudsman as it took me 7 weeks to get a hot water repair and 14 weeks to get it fixed! Half my entire tenancy length. Avoid.
Their customer service is appalling and justify it as the landlords issue not theirs.

Hi Maari, We're dissapointed to read your review which is full of misunderstandings and untruths. You wrote these things naively, without understanding of how the world works and with poor mathematical knowledge. You said that we tried to scam you - we most certainly did not - you mistakenly believe that there is 4 weeks in a month and errounously calculated that you had been overpaying rent, this is not true. A quick google search shows that there is 4.34524 weeks in a month. When you say it takes months to repair an issue - this is a gross overstatement - some repairs take longer than others. The repair at your property was due to a issue which forced us to hire an expert to check the property and issue a report, remove the entire floor and subfloor and rebuild a majority of the ground floor. An issue which cost many thousands of pounds to fix. In addition to this fix you were offered 3 weeks of free rent which you accepted gratefully. The 3 week of free rent has been paid for by our agency by the way and not the landlord. For a small business this is a considerable amount of money. When you say we did not communicate this was again untrue - we had a whatsapp group for just your property which included in it a member of staff and the director of our company. Evidently the disrespect is coming from you and not from us. We wish you and your party the best of luck going forward - however we will not rent to you again and instead look forward to working with our thousands of other satisfied landlords and tenants.
