Deleted our snagging list and then when resubmitted they drag their feet regarding repairs until the warranty expires then use that as an excuse as to why they wont repair them even though they were raised within the warranty window

Don't buy house from Lovell as the quality is poor and they are working together with NHBC, so any eventual complaints which you will raise, NHBC will be in their boat, so no chances to win. NHBC will blaim you for Lovell's defects, such condensation for example.

Do not buy any property that Lovel have touched they are a useless bunch of cowboy builders. I have bought a shared ownership Apartment they "built" everything very poorly done. to long to list, now 3 years on there is a private contractor on the site having to rectify there disgusting work. They have left a swale ( soakaway) in a unbelieveable mess, everything they have done here is joke, plenty of good talkers work for this shower but the work what a laugh.

1 star is too much for this horrendous builder. We have had to replace everything in the house. Everything has leaked multiple times. Their customer care is none existent. DO NOT BUY A LOVELL PROPERTY

Really disappointed with Lovells. After promising to install land drainage in our waterlogged garden the Regional Director has now gone back on his undertaking. Other tenants on this estate have been let down with numerous outstanding snags and major issues. We are regretting the day we decided to purchase this property 18 months ago as we are still unable to fully use and enjoy the garden, having also lost many shrubs and plants through the flooding issue.

Unfortunately we had to abandon our plans to move to this development as we could not sell our property. This was not a problem, Debra and Anne at the Sancastle development were exceptionally helpful throughout the process. We wish them well for the future.
