Dear Olga, I would like to know what we have done to receive a one star review from you. After looking on our system you sent an enquiry through on the 17th November and we replied to you on the 18th November asking for you to contact us as we were unable to get hold of you, so i am unsure why that deserves a 1 star. Regards Julie Twist
