My daughter had a couple of teething problems with the app and payment, I messaged them and the CEO replied and and called me personally got his team to message and explain things to my daughter so she understood the payments. The CEO then text me to explain what had happened and explained the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure mine and my daughter were at ease. I appreciate as a company grows this can’t always be the case but for me and my daughter it made a huge difference. As a parent, I now have confidence that my daughter was dealing with people who cared about their customers
