TrustpilotReliable and professional managing agent for my rental property
I've been using Henry Wiltshire for over 10 years to manage my flat. Kelly H in particular is a great property manager. Occasionally I have felt the suppliers they use aren't the most price competitive but they are open to me using my preferred suppliers. I would recommend Henry Wiltshire to others looking for a reliable property manager.

GoogleI have just sold a property through Henry Wiltshire. Simon has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, offering a well thought through valuation and keeping me updated every single step of the way - from initial viewings to completion. I couldn't ask for anything more from an estate agent.

GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. One of the agents provided very poor service; he was not nice at all, sounded depressed, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I called back, I ended up speaking with the owner, who constantly talked over me.

We do endeavour to give a high level of customer service and we genuinely apologise that you didn’t feel you received that. I can see you made a recent booking with our Manchester office and I would very much like to resolve the issues you have raised, please do contact me on 0161 399 0001 or simon.fish@henrywiltshire.com . Google5/5 I am writing this review to express my deep gratitude for our agent, Simon Fish. I recently had the pleasure of working with Simon to letting a apartment (switching from old agency), and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Simon's professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch customer service were evident from the moment I contacted him. He was incredibly attentive to our needs, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Overall, Simon's commitment to excellence made my renting experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him and Henrywiltshire to anyone in search of a reliable and efficient letting agent.

GoogleI am writing this review from another Estate Agent company, as I could not let such good deed by Henry Wiltshire go unrecognised. Simon from Henry Wiltshire Manchester helped me greatly with one of our clients today. It is not often you come across other Estate Agents who are so genuinely willing to help, especially when its someone elses client and sale and it is no benefit to them. I feel this speaks huge volumes about Simon and his company, their integrity, and their work ethic. If anyone is reading this, I am certain you have found a rare gem of an Estate Agent here with Simon.
