Pointless. Sent me a letter with a valuation then got me on a phone call where they asked me to take an appointment by video where they then tell me they want to take 30% off their initial valuation. Time wasters. Avoid.

Express have been spot on from the start, and our Property Sales Manager, James, has been brilliant. Regular updates, always is ahead of the game and has been super easy to contact and always gone the extra mile to sort out issues and make things happen.

Not very good service at all repeatedly called to speak to the person responsible for the sale and always told they would call back but never do so the sale has completed without the things been addressed shocking service Never attended any viewings either

GoogleI was very pleased with the level of service received when we purchase our house which was on the market with Express. They kept us well informed and quickly iron out any problems that arose. We had a few problems with the survey and Express helped to successfully negotiate with the sellers. If I move in the future I will use them
