GoogleMichael & his team at Belvoir Prestwich have managed a rental property for for many years. They found the tenant, manage it efficiently and pleasantly, the rent always comes in on time, and I hardly hear from them - which is the best way course of action for me. If the tenant has an issue, it is reported to Michael and he deals with it promptly and cost effectively. As a novice landlord, I am totally satisfied with his services,

GoogleOne of the worst letting agents I've had to deal with. Start of the tenancy they delayed the checking in time twice and attempted to do it again but I protested, after I moved in they said that they wanted to come in and repaint the living room, I obviously said no. The house was FILTHY and I had to spend the first few days cleaning it. Then the boiler broke and it took nearly a week before I had hot water again. When the tenancy ended, the director was off sick and was apparently the only person that could deal with my deposit. I had to wait 6 whole months before I got my deposit back. Which wasn't simple either (had to go through the deposit protection scheme) I know letting agents are renowned for being bad but these are a bunch of cowboys!

GoogleIt is an extremely Friendly and Professional Lettings Agency. I bough my Lovely Flat in April 2014 and as Belvoir had a list of Waiting Tenants to move into my Property. Michael (Director) followed all the processes of having the best vetted tenant move into the property within days. He always has a back up of an onward tenancy if the previous tenancy was to terminate. I live in London and I never had to go to Manchester to look after the Property, just because BELVOIR was around. In Short - Very Professional, Clean, Friendly, Prompt/ Timely, Caring and Respectful.

GoogleI'm so sick of them dragging their heels and just generally dealing with them I can't even muster enough venom to sum up how pitifully they do their job, and how bad the entire experience has been. Moved out 3 months ago. Still awaiting them to do their part regarding the deposit, only then will I be rid of these charlatans. Seriously, find a better letting agent; ANY other letting agent. I cannot stress this enough.

GoogleSince moving into the apartment in July, Belvoir have been fantastic, overlooking any issues or faults in the flat. Most recently, our washing machine just stopped working mid cycle and they had a new washing machine sorted for us the next day. Nothing short of a great customer service. GoogleI have been dealing with the Belvoir Estate Agency located in the North Manchester well over 15 years. The support team has always provided an excellent, efficient and professional service and very keen in dealing with my enquirers and responding promptly. Excellent communication between me and the letting personnel and being available to assist had helped me over the years and would defiantly recommend using their service.

GoogleNot a lot of letting agency handle your application or answer your emails fast enough. When I email the agency, between the house viewing and referencing it was all done under a week. Very professional and straight forward. As long as you got all you need your set. If you can't deal with non returned email or weeks of referencing this is the place for you!
