GoogleAfter over 10 months of a landlord dispute and poor communication from everyone else dealing with this within reeds rains step forward James Robinson, James helped solve a dispute that nobody seemed to be bothered with before in about 10 minutes, very professional and an asset to the company.

GoogleHad a really easy time finding a flat and being guided through the whole process of renting with Aky. Everything has gone smoothly and all the staff on site such as Ryan and Syd have been a great help on the moving day. Easily the best letting agents I’ve rented through!

GoogleThe staff are really friendly and they will explain everything about the contract. The process from viewing the apartment until moving in were so easy and convenient. The inventory report was thorough and clear about every detail. I really recommend this agency and you won’t be disappointed.

GoogleShocking customer service, arrive to see 1 flat and they didn't have a key "sorry that flat is sold and shouldn't be on there, I was meant to call you! That's what the person said. These companies may have a monopoly now but it wont last forever. Treat your customers properly

GoogleIn my renting experience, reeds rains is the most fabulous agencyand they provide excellent and very professional service. When I met any issues, their property manager Joe always be very nice, quickly response and sovle them for me. Strongly recommend them!

GoogleWouldn’t answer my enquire for the apartment, had to call them multiple times for multiple days to arrange anything and due to their mistakes my keys were given to me late.

Googlethe most useless agency in this world. Not only did I have to phone 5x a day to get information of them cause they NEVER contacted me, it also took them 2weeks to tell me that students weren't allowed. Such as waste of time
