GoogleBooked an appointment to view the property and got a confirmation from them before viewing. But nobody turned up! Called their office quite a few times but nobody answered. After we left there 20 mins later, a guy called back and asked if I want to view the property. I said to him the appointment was booked at 4:45pm and this guy went “obviously, it is now 5:05” he didn’t feel shame for being late at all and did not feel that he needed to apologize at all! Avoid this agent at all cost!

GoogleThe fact clearly have their staff writing fake reviews to make the bad ones go towards the bottom says at all. Don't touch with a barge pole. Stole nearly £1000 from us as a deposit and denied getting the email for a one month notice (when they already had the keys) then refused to answer the phone after. Ignore emails and calls regarding maintenance issues, horrible service from the get go, may as well do their job for them as you have to chase them up so much. So many other estate agents to choose from, you'll thank me later. 1 star is being far too kind.

GoogleUnprofessional, rude, unreliable service! Don't waste time with them. Booked a viewing on Wednesday to see the house on Saturday at 2pm. A man phoned me an hour ahead that we have to rearrange it for Monday afternoon instead and he'll call me later to discuss the details. Nobody called. Me and my boyfriend called the office 27 times between us on Monday, I left 4 voice mails, the manager finally picks up the phone at 1pm and he says he doesn't know anything about me or what's been arranged but he doesn't have access to the property and he can only show it to me when the tenants moved out. I asked why has it been advertised if he doesn't have access to it then he says he doesn't like my tone and I shouldn't tell him how to do his job. So he screws us over twice within a week and wasting our time and he's upset with me? Then he's being all patronizing like "you know what, I'm not letting you see the property at all. bye." What kind of customer service is this? How are you even making money if you turn customers away? You're unapproachable, rude, have no intention to make a deal, I'm here willing to throw 2 grand at you but you don't like my attitude? Well, I don't like your attitude either.

Usually I find lettings to be quite stressful and difficult, but Belvoir made everything easy and it could be done remotely while I was working.
