GoogleYasmeen worked with us to get every aspect of our move done quickly and efficiently. There was a lot of different paperwork and checks done which was good as every aspect of security for both us and the landlord was properly checked before we moved in. Would move with them again.

GoogleI've lived in a block managed by them for just over a year. Had issues with a leak which was coming into my flat caused mold which covered our cupboard top to bottom. Took months for them to admit it's was an issue with the building because they were playing the blame game. Lift in the block was out of use for about a year, as they kept putting it off fixing the lift. We've had one of our 2 fire exits has been jammed for 2 months at least. Which has been constantly being chased up, and for them to say they only found out last week and say they will sort it on when they can... Certainly shows how much they care about the residents safety.

GoogleMy fiancé and I recently moved into a property managed by Belvoir and the viewing, moving process and ongoing tenancy has been an extremely pleasant experience. Yasmeen and the rest of the Belvoir team have been very helpful and always provided us with 5* service. Over the years we’ve dealt with a number of estate agents, however, Belvoir have been the best by far! Thank you Belvoir :)

GoogleClassic example of viewing a property currently on the market where there was clearly damp in the main bedroom. After telling the estate agent my concerns as my partner has severe asthma, we were told that "maybe this wasn't the property for us" if my partner has asthma! Also blaming the Tenant for not putting on heating in a cost of living crisis, disgusting!

GoogleI’ve Been very impressed by Chandi&co at Belvoir Estates& Lettings In Chorlton (I Have used some of the other agents in the area in the past and frankly I’ve not been impressed ) Belvoir /Chandi on the other hand i found to be friendly and professional and fast at resolving any issues for tenants and landlords alike. I recommend.
