GoogleI recently purchased a property through Willowgreen and found the service from beginning to end to be outstanding. The team responded quickly and efficiently to all queries and provided and friendly and professional service even outside normal working hours. I must mention their open and honest approach as they gave me accurate information even at times when they knew it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear. Great support when things seemed difficult and always with a pleasant smile. Willowgreen certainly provides a higher level of service than other estate agents I have dealt with. Their service was excellent, from the small stuff (advising how to present our house for viewers, their high quality photos) to the big (securing a new buyer when the first pulled out, communicating with the other end of our chain, generally calming us down when the dream house we were buying decided not to sell). We managed to complete and move in the unprecedented first days of lockdown during March-April, and they still made themselves available to ensure things went well and recommend removal companies, cleaners etc. They always made us feel welcome when we stopped in to chat on a weekend, which is almost as important as everything else - so many agents feel impersonal and diffident, but they treated us and our situation with respect. GoogleUse Willowgreen if you want a team of hardworking , dedicated people who know what they are doing. I honestly can't think of a reason why you would use any other agent. I have sold two houses through Willowgreen and felt in safe hands throughout: communication with buyers was clear, unambiguous, professional and friendly at a time when emotions can make things tricky and sales can fall through.
