Our house sale was not a straightforward one as we had a tenant in place, with an agency managing the property and we live overseas, so all of this meant that communication was absolutely key to keeping the marketing and sales process progressing, which Holden's managed fantastically well. We were delighted with the service they provided, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We are selling other properties locally in the next few months and we have already spoken to Holden's regarding those, as we do not feel that we need to look any further for an estate agent who will look after the sales process for us any better than they would.

Having dealt with various estate agents for the sale, purchase & the rest of our chain, I can honestly say that Maldon Holden were above and beyond the others. Phil could not have been more helpful with our purchase if he tried, my only regret was not having discovered this before putting our house for sale with another agent. I have no plans to move again anytime soon but if we ever did, I would 100% use them to sell, and pray that the house I wanted to buy is being sold through them! I will be definitely recommending them to anyone else also.
