after several interactions with Corum Bridge of Weir, I feel it is important to share our experience. Unfortunately, our dealings with Corum have often left us feeling talked down to rather than listened to. Conversations with agents have at times felt dismissive and patronising, which is disappointing when navigating something as significant as buying a home. We have been very clear about our preferences, particularly that we do not wish to view properties tied back to developers. Despite this, we have repeatedly been directed towards such properties, and on more than one occasion we have also felt discouraged or talked out of putting in offers we were genuinely interested in pursuing. During a recent phone call, an agent repeatedly spoke over my husband, continuing to talk for an extended period without allowing him the opportunity to respond. This made what should have been a constructive conversation feel one-sided and uncomfortable. Overall, we have not felt supported or valued as potential buyers. A more respectful, attentive, and client-focused approach would make a significant difference. Based on our experience, I would encourage others to consider this carefully when choosing an estate agent.

Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with regular updates throughout the process.
