GoogleThe team at Cochrandickie have provided a fabulous service from start to finish. Not only were they very professional but really friendly too. I don't believe we could have found this service anywhere else. Curtis' valuation was spot on and in line with the surveyor. Clare was very knowledgeable and incredibly organised; she kept us up to date every step of the way and Ruby's cinematic skills for the Instagram post were equally impressive!

FacebookI cannot recommend Cochran Dickie enough. They have been exceptionally professional and efficient in all areas of our house sale. They have went above and beyond to keep us in the loop, more often contacting us with updates before we thought to contact them. Their customer service is excellent and their expertise has made the whole process much less stressful than expected. Particular thank you to Katie who has been amazing throughout.

FacebookRight from the beginning of process Cochran Dickie have been excellent.House was on the market earlier than I thought it would be, with professional pictures taken as part of their basic package.Katie in the office managed the process of the viewings and sale and it was like clockwork.It can be a very stressful process, however I just gave Katie the times we were available for viewings and she organised it all.I also received great advice when offers and notes of interest were coming in, making it easier and less stressful for me to make a decision.I feel the local knowledge they have of the property market helped greatly.

House sold within 4 weeks and was kept inform on a daily basis with any updates. Katie, Karen and Emma are a credit to the company and Ian was a pleasure a deal with. Having to sell two properties felt daunting however, from the start of the process I felt reassured by the highly professional and friendly staff. There was excellent communication throughout the process from Katie who always kept me updated. Both properties went to closing date and sold in less than 2 weeks. Cannot recommend highly enough!

FacebookWhen we started to look at what was the best option for selling our home, we looked first at what was the cheapest option.We then benchmarked and invited all the significant estate agents who were active in our area. After Iain’s visit we could understand why Cochran Dickie are by far the most active in our paisley area. It was an easy options to choose CD! …. After that, Katie & team took over and it got even better!It’s important to convey its not only the very professional way they work with you it’s the personal connection you make with the Cochran Dickie team. To me that’s more important than anything else.So, selling your home sometimes is not as smooth as we hope for and we definitely experienced that. However, with Katies reassurance and vast experience (and calmness) things were fixed very quickly. I personally think if we had chosen the cheap online option it would have been a huge mistake and would have caused sleepless nights and a significant loss in revenue.One of the best decision we have made in a long time.
