GoogleNormally happy as a tenant but have a light switch not working and a window not shutting. Tried the app, wouldn't accept me, 2 emails have bounced back. Even more annoying as have recently come out of hospital

GoogleI was delighted with the service I received from Sibley Pares. Mitchell Bourner gave me straight forward advice and I requested and agreed on a realistic price intended to attract offers. Indeed, we ended up with 4 offers in the first week and within 2 weeks of marketing, we had concluded heads of terms at close to the guide price. I would recommend this agent.

GoogleSibley Pares are a very professional, efficient and polite team. They worked tirelessly to achieve a sale quickly, making sure we were kept up to date, at every stage. When our buyer had to drop out, due to unforseen circumstances, Sibley Pares immediately informed us. Within a couple of days they had remarketed our property and secured a second sale. Well done Sibley Pares. Should I need an Estate Agent at some point in the future, I will be extremely happy to work with Sibley Pares again.

Dear Mr Davis Thank you for your review which I was obviously disappointed to read. I understand that, in the absence on holiday of the agent dealing with these properties, viewings were arranged last week on Thursday for 85, 86 and 89 Bank Street with a colleague. You inspected the first two, but there was difficulty in physically gaining access to the property no 89. The agent dealing has returned this week and had agreed with you a second viewing on Monday at 10 am at 85 and 86 and a first viewing of 89. I understand that just prior to your posting this review you requested that this is moved to 12.30 to which the agent agreed. In terms of agency, viewings require the physical presence of an agent in a Covid Secure way which needs to suit all parties and to be honest can be the hardest part of the process. I hope that if you are interested in one of the properties and put forward an offer on terms and with references that are acceptable to our client, that the matter will progress satisfactorily. GoogleAwful! If you live next door to a neighbour who makes your life a living hell (especially whilst heavily pregnant), who happens to work for Sibley Pares then do not expect a resolution to the situation unless you are prepared to get into debt to get away from them...

GoogleTerrible service! Awful people! We were looking for commercial property. The first agent ignored us, then we agreed with the second agent to meet to see the property, but he just did not come. Having contacted them again, and now they dont know about this appointment at all, and from this property they don't even have the keys. It’s mean i book an appointment of the ghost, and the property ghostly as well, but you still can find it in their site! I advise you not to get involved with this company. Time wasted and unscrupulous people.

I am obviously disappointed to read your review. I know prior to this, you had been in dialogue regarding the unit. We did try to call you twice, but failed to speak with you and the agent concerned confirmed to me that he failed to leave a voicemail. I have advised that in future it is imperative they do so, even if to say the property is under offer. I therefore apologies for this mis-communication.
