I really wouldn't recommend contacting this agency for your tenant needs. I viewed a property at Northumberland Road with this company and the estate agent didn't even know anything about it. When asked whether it was on a meter this couldn't be answered, when asked what type of heating system it had this couldn't be answered either. During my viewing I opened the wardrobe and there was thick mould, there were punched doors and cupboard doors were hanging off. There was filth all up the walls. I asked the "property management" company if they would be cleaning the property and if they would make repairs and they agreed to cleaning (doubt that would have even happened and don't understand why they wouldn't have done an end of tenancy clean) but did not agree to any repairs. That doesn't look very great for a future tenant or to a landlord really considering the state of disrepair the property was in.

Definitely recommended. PJJS look after two flats that I rent out. Nadine and Francesca were extremely professional but also very friendly when I met with them and found me suitable tenants quickly. Francesca is great at communicating any issues / potential issues and also great at finding resolutions. Thus far they can't be faulted.

YellLetting Agent let us down.
Unreliable in the sphere of protecting Landlord's interests and providing correct documentation. Returned Deposit to Tenant without taking account of the fact that this was unnecessary and that it could have stayed in the protected Deposit Scheme until Landlord had set up new Deposit protection. Failed to provide crucial documentation on termination of contract, e.g. signed copy of the lease. Allowed Gas Safety Certificate to lapse at one point. Lack of continuity in staff dealing with the property. We would not contemplate using the services of this company again.

YellPROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Star rating is not appicable The company is a complete shambles. The management rude, obnoxious and dictoririal. The development where I live has been run by this 'outfit' and is in a far worse state than when they took over the management. The refuse to listen to peoples ideas and suggestions, and whilst being paid by the owners, do exactly what they want and when they want ie ridge tiles took 10 months to replace. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone - please be aware
