Dear Mr Antoniou, I am very sorry that the offer you submitted was not deemed acceptable by the owner of the home but as I am sure you can appreciate, it is the owners prerogative to decide whether the amount offered is an acceptable price or not. As previously discussed, being able to establish a buyers ability to actually be able to purchase a home when making an offer is not only good practice from any reputable Estate Agent (as I am sure if it were your home, that you would want to know the person making you an offer, can in fact proceed financially!) but this is also a formal requirement to comply with current regulations.
