Mr. Lange has assisted me in ways my own Company did not. 7 months after purchasing the home (which I absolutely love ) Mr . Lange once again extended his hand to assist me with no questions asked out the kindness of his his heart and on his time ... Please again keep in mind I was not his client however he treated me as if I was and continued to long after my purchase !! I would 💯 recommend this company to someone looking to buy/sell their home!!! My only is regret, is not meeting him sooner .... Be blessed

Aconselhada a vender a minha casa 50 mil euros abaixo do valor de mercado e foi o que aconteceu. Meus vizinhos, em pandemia, venderam por 50 mil euros a mais. O valor que eu inicialmente tinha proposto ao vendedor. Ausência total de apoio e encaminhamento. Para perder dinheiro, tinha o feito sozinha. Única motivação do vendedor José Lúcio ou José Nunes: vender o mais depressa possível para receber a sua comissão. Lastimável.

FacebookI have issues with a agent named SHAZ.she lives in milnerton but I'm not sure at which branch she works.my father has cancer and suffers from dementia and how can one with this condition make a decision of selling a home then his girlfriend is the one signing and making choices but my mom is his wife?and my mom has his surname.besides this she running after 30% comm.of the property and I did research and read a agent is to take 4.75% or even 5% commission.she is a thief and my mom has a lawyer on her for wot she's doing....

FacebookWe reached out to remax, and they seemed helpful enough. However they are not very thorough and made assumptions that cost me money. This was my first home, and the whole experience was very regrettable. Make sure to get some feed back on your realtor before proceeding. The PEI the housing market is very inflated due to the current demand. My realtor worked for remax. After struggling to find a home in our basic budget, she suggested purchasing a home from her colleague who had recently decided to sell. Our initial closing date was not accepted and had been changed, but she forgot to update the preclose viewing. I addressed it, but she never got around to changing it. By the time I realized it hadn’t been taken care of, we had passed the preclose viewing date from the original offer. Forcing us to wait until the closing day to view the property before we decided to proceed. When we arrived the shed was gone. We were told she would speak with her supervisor to straighten it out, but eventually she told us there was nothing that could be done.
We had the option to walk away and be out 1600 in lawyers fees or purchase a new shed.
My realtor was naive to think her colleague wouldn’t take advantage of the situation. And he was greasy/shady enough to take Advanatage of his colleague and a first time home buyer.
She didn’t represent my interests effectively. Furthermore, she offered to help out with the expenses I incurred due to her mistake, but it was an empty gesture. I would strongly recommend against going with remax for anything.
My partner posted a review on the local Charlottetown page, and they immediately removed the review section. I hope this review finds someone who can address the deficiencies at the Charlottetown local.
Edit: the review section has been restored. But this has no impact on my experience with the company. I hope this prevents someone from making the same mistake I did when I chose to proceed with this company.

His communication skills are bad.
He hardly respond my messages.
He's unapologetic about quoting me the incorrect transfer duties.
He has says one thing to the buyer & another to the seller.
I had to call the lawyers myself to ask for clarification on certain things where as I should be communication with him.
I'm so disappointed as a first time house buyer

FacebookAbsolute zero after-sale service. Contractual breaches are ignored and no effort what so ever to rectify any and all breaches. You will be ignored for a month before you get a response.
Do not make the same mistake by using them as rental agents, the same applies here!!
Both my contracts, purchase and rental contracts has been breached multiple times with zero rectification!!!
Not just for all the first time buyers, but for everyone to stay away, far far away. You will lose alot of money.
Even by highlighting it to their superiors that you have been cheated, wont help as it will be thrown back into the hands of the person/team that cheated you to resolve and ends up not being resolved or ignored!!!
If you do use Remax Infoglobe Constantia, do not expect them to fully follow any contract nor expecting them to rectify any breaches. Do not even expect a full set of keys!!!

These people are too busy , care less and snobby !
Find a realtor that will treat you like you matter. And skip this company “ they are either too big , or selling homes in a good market gives them snob power”!!
You are better off finding someone that wants your business!
instead of a company that gracious enough to bother themselves with you.

I live 2 doors down from the neighbors that just moved in on s comanche cluster in Virginia Beach they are running a daycare from their home and they are always parking in everyone's parking spaces and will not move the cars. They are loud . one night they were out front being loud at 2 am waking up everyone. The agent was rude to me would not listen to me he kept putting me on hold. Then he still did not want to acknowledge me and was made that I was complaining about his tendents. He hung up on me. This is bad business and I want something done about this.

FacebookMy experience as a neighbor, who lives beside a property this group manages, has been the worse. Raeford Rd in Fayetteville, NC is the locale of the rudest group. They won't keep the lawn cut & when they send someone to cut he'll block your house & mailbox by impeding the flow of traffic. Had to call sheriff's dept. after I asked him to move several times & he began to curse. If I have to beg or threaten someone to do their job of maintaining the property; think again about who you choose to manage.

I was recommended to Steve Jones with Remax by a friend. He made our buying experience enjoyable. We gave him our budget and what we were looking for and he immediately was finding homes for us to see. We soon decided to build, and even then Steve took the time out of his busy schedule to come sit with us while we spoke with our builder and asked questions that my husband and I wouldn't have known to ask. He helped us get $5000 off our CDD fees and even on the day of closing he came for support and to make sure all the paperwork was correct. He even brought us a bottle of Champagne to congratulate us. He not only was our realtor but he became a friend that truly cared! I highly recommend him!!
