Nicole Garbin and Rob Golfi Team have stayed true with the positive reviews. We learned about their team through google search and found that they are one of the top real estate teams in Hamilton. We've read the reviews and all were excellent with 5 stars rating. So when it came to buying a property, we didn’t hesitate to choose their team. When we met, they made a positive impression on us with their knowledge and understanding of our requirements. Nicole and Rob Golfi Team have helped us find the right home. Nicole has been extremely patient and have guided us expertly at every step. She was punctual and flexible with her schedule. She made us feel that we are her priority and that we could ask her anything at anytime. Even when we decided to buy a brand new home, she made sure that we are well informed. She stayed with us during the whole process and became our spokesperson when dealing with the builder's agent and have asked all the necessary questions to ensure we are getting the best deal and ensuring we covered every important detail of the deal. My wife and I are truly happy and satisfied with her and team's service. We would definitely do business with her again if given the opportunity in the future.

We just bought a house through Remax All Points in Roanoke Virginia. After being in the house less than a week we were informed that one of our heat pumps needed to be replaced, and the other has a big leak. When I called my agent back after looking at our inspection report she informed me that her inspector was not HVAC certified and more or less the report said he did nothing except look at it and see if it would come on. Nothing was tested and the unit was actually broken then. Their manager was supposed to call my wife back after looking at the report but a week later I have had to call him. Not satisfied and do not recommend Remax All Points to anyone. They do not give a crap about you just the sale.

Vicki O’Leary from RE/MAX Heritage Properties (Long Valley NJ) is an amazing individual to work with when purchasing a home. When we decided to buy a new house, she was always readily available - Her patience never faltered when I kept vacillating between two courses of action. Vicki pointed out noteworthy observations about the property we looked at - whether it be good or bad. Her extensive knowledge of market values and the Long Valley inventory was priceless. She was the first to get on the phone with contractors and inspectors; she did ALL the leg work for us; from going to the town hall, meeting with inspectors and contractors, setting up appointments and making sure the work was performed in a professional manner! We found the right house, we fell in love with one in Long Valley, NJ. She helped us put in the perfect offer! She demonstrated her ability to translate what she learned about us into meaningful wins for us during negotiations. She picked up on things that we were not thrilled about and found a way to have those issues addressed prior to closing. Many of these things may have been issues that we would not have pursued had she not assured us it was ok and that the worst that could happen was the other party would say "no". please share share share share ‼️‼️ So as I am a first time home buyer. I need your help! The house I own now has an unexpected first mortgage payment close to $5,000. The previous seller Mary Barnett (RE/MAX broker) failed to renew the homestead tax deductions in time on purpose. She kept trying to convince us to use her title company in the contract. The period ended four days after closing. At first, my closing date was April 1 which Mary was highly dissatisfied with. Once she found out it was moved to March 19 she was very excited. Now we know why! I am now stuck with a $2,900 tax bill that I should not have been stuck with. I feel like I got screwed over. She refuses to pay the difference to the title company. Buying my first home is not what I thought it would be. This has been a very stressful, depressing, and draining time. All of the exciting emotions you have when buying your first home flew out the window for me. My relator and lender both have not heard back from her boss Lance either. We are all being ignored. While I should be excited about purchasing my first home I am highly stressed out now. Please help me gain the justice I deserve from this incident. This is very saddening!!!! Marc Angelo with RE/MAX was amazing! I truly could not have asked for a better experience. You will not find a better realtor than Michael Joe. The personal time and energy spent to help along the way was impeccable. The service he provides, along with the positive energy he possesses in amazing. He will take care of you and is readily available at any time. I really can’t put into words how helpful Michael was to me during the sale of my home. The first day we put our house on the Market was supposed to be Monday Sept. 16. Mike called me on the 15th to let me know we had an offer that was coming to us to look at. I was not in town as I had already moved to another state. I asked Mike, how did he get an offer already and the house is not up for sale? Mike told me, well you were missing one smoke detector, there were some wall covers that need replaced, and some curtain holders that needed to come down, and some small patches in the walls and etc. Also he went and bought some more rocks for the front and placed a plant in the front. Really? Do all realtor’s take this much interest and effort to make it all right? Anyway, as he was there taking care of things for me, a couple was looking at other houses in the neighborhood for sale and he chased them down to come and look at my home. They liked it and we started the process. In the beginning, I was worried as my new job location was putting a lot on me and wanted me to just let them take care of the sale of my home while I concentrated on work. My work expressed that it would be hassle free for me. After speaking to Mike, he told me not to worry about anything and he will help me along the way and besides signing paperwork, there was really nothing I had to do. This kept me free and able to concentrate on my work in another state. I chose Michael to help me and let my work know, that I was taking care of it. Well, I really do not know everything Mike had to do to sell my home but I do know all I had to do was go and DocuSign. My home went into Escrow and exactly 30 days later my home was sold. Wow! Thanks Michael Joe for the help in selling my home. I wish I could find the exact words to put together of how happy and amazed on how this all turned out. One thing for sure though, if people do not use Michael Joe to sell or buy a home, you have truly missed out on the type of personal service Michael provides. Sold in 2019 Winchester CA

Review of Mark Shaw Friendly enthusiastic real estate expert I consulted Mark Shaw to advise me regarding the possible sell of my home that included legal issues tied to the sell. I really could say many more wonderful things about him in addition to the following: Mark is extremely knowledgeable, and very approachable. He not only is personable and professional he is endlessly patient and polite. He is incredibly generous with his time including mornings, phone calls and weekends. He accepted a phone call from me and shared his time and consulted me. He advised action items for me that really helped. Over the course of a couple of months he reviewed my situation and gave me his recommendation. He answered every question and explained risks and opportunities that would affect my decision to sell. His information was thorough and specific to my situation and needs. Selling a home is challenging and a huge responsibility. Working with Mark was truthful and straightforward experience. He is a partner to trust with confidence that he will do his best to either sell your house or find you a home. I highly recommend him.

ReMax should be ashamed to have anything to do with Marilyn Barth. She abused and harassed our very wonderful, kind, and efficient agent. She allowed her buyers to be ugly and nasty expecting a perfect resale. All items requested were completed. After signing the closing these old bitches had more complaints, threaten to sue us because some new touch up paint did not totally match due to normal fading. We bent over backwards and so did our agent. ReMax needs remove Ms. Barth. I suggested my public and friend FaceBook posts to avoid Ms. Barth at all costs. She went out of her way to be nasty to our agent who was a perfect gentlemen. Agent went above and beyond. Fire this arrogant, nasty, hot shot agent who encouraged our buyers to be inappropriate and bully us. Marilyn be gone!!

Stay away from their agent, Kathy Maykut!! She’s horrible at communicating and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, she’s the listing agent for many houses in the area we’re searching for a house. We put an offer on one house listed by her and the house was a sham. All lies. It failed inspection miserably. And she was no where to be found. Again, we put offer on another house and without telling us she/sellers cancelled a signed contract. She refused to answer questions or give any legitimate reasons. Throughout the experience, she was very rude with our agent. She’s giving Remaxx a very bad name.

I phoned one of their agents, Marco Kristen, to discuss the possible rental. This agent proceeded to be extremely rude to me on the phone and told me "You are wasting my time" because I wanted to view a property for rental for June and not May. Remax said they would take the matter up, but apparently Marco Kristen lied to them about the phone conversation and they chose to believe him instead. Marco, you will not get very far in life if you continue to treat people the way you treated me. Do not deal with these people.
