Prospect have been excellent in helping us re-rent out our property. Staff are super efficient. I’ve had Agnese Rees as our property manager for a while now and she provides fantastic service. We live overseas and I love that I have someone I can trust to organise things on our behalf.

Having experienced changes to our property manager throughout our tenancy, I couldn’t be happier with Saffron. She’s extremely polite and professional with a friendly and approachable attitude - as an ex-lettings agent myself, I know how challenging the role can be at times and I’m always impressed by her service

Kudos to Emily on the property management team. Always a pleasure to deal with and clearly works hard to ensure that any issues raised are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible, considering the needs of both landlord and tenant which I appreciate can be quite the tightrope to walk.

She has worked tirelessly to make sure my purchase goes through before the stamp duty holiday deadline which I honestly don’t think would have happened without her help. Couldn’t praise her enough.
