We really are the epitome of a safe pair of hands. Our team is led by principal Chris Walthall, who was born and bred in Macclesfield. He has a background in sales and exemplary customer service. GoogleNever Recommend to anyone. Very poor service, no response afrer viewing properies, time wasters. Really disappointed.

Dear Malinda; I remember you very well, you were a lovely couple, and I felt I treated you well and gave you good service rather than a poor service. You viewed a property in Newcastle for rental, and I gave you your own private 20 minute slot and treated you in a courteous and friendly manner. On Saturday May 11th around 12 noon we sent you a very polite email saying that unfortunately you had not been successful. Maybe the email went into your junk folder. I feel this is maybe indicative of you not having been offered the property. These are difficult times with every property for rental being 20 times oversubscribed. I wish you well on your onward property search though.

GoogleWouldn’t Recommend. Unprofessional and un trustworthy during the moving out process. Rented with them for 2 years, always paying rent on time and causing no issues. When it came to moving out blamed us for existing problem and disputed any response we had. Taking un necessary money from our deposit and provided poor customer service.

GoogleThis company is a disgrace avoid like the plague .no manners no respect no customer care.it’s all about money avoid avoid avoid.do your own homework on them before you buy or rent, they don’t care about there tennents one hoot.. use at your own peril
