Fontworths Real Estate Lytham St Anne's reviews

Our family recently had to sell my mothers house, as she’s now in a care home. Isabella from Fontworths in partnership with Philip from Shrewd Moves provided me with a great service. All the viewings were carried out without me getting involved and they provided me with an update call when required. The advice and their market knowledge was just enough to keep me assured that a sale was imminent. The house was sold within 6 months and the final bill was fair and without VAT, I’ve no complaints and very happy to recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Isabella, our daughter, has worked really hard on her estate agency business, Fontworths, and has excellent, legitimate and positive reviews. It’s sad to see that Fontworths has been reviewed by somebody that she has neither listed a house for or sold one to. I would encourage anybody wishing to buy or sell a house on the Fylde Coast to judge Isabella by her results and her many genuine reviews. Thank you.

Very professional and much better as a sole estate agent, able to give much more personalised feedback than estate agencies with multiple different staff. Much more able to give individual attention, reacts very quickly both to email …

Isabella has just started her business. She proved to be very efficient and effective. She always responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. In my view, people should give this lady a chance and support her business. In this day and age when there are so many companies that are well established newer companies don’t often get a look-in. So give this lady a chance you will not be disappointed.

I have moved many times over the years & have had experience in dealing with estate agents. Buying through Isabella's agency has been a joy, she was very professional & helpful throughout the buying process. She responded quickly to any queries we had & did her best to resolve issues. Can't recommend her enough!!!

I had a really bad experience with this Estate Agent. They were rude and unprofessional. I've noticed that most of the reviews on here are from friends and family and are not real or true. They are not even based in Lytham as they claim. I would not sell my property with this Estate Agent!
