GoogleIsabella at Fontworths could not have been more helpful to my wife and I during the process of buying our house in Lytham. Although our dealings with Isabella were from a buyer’s perspective, her serious competence (evident while we were asking the many difficult questions that go with house buying), efficiency and friendliness suggest that she is a top estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Isabella/Fontworths to anyone looking to sell a property.

GoogleWe had a difficult house sale to make which had been on the market for a long time. We did a refurbishment but the existing estate agents did not really make the best of the upgrade. We brought Isabella and team in at Fontworths to get going again. The completely different approach worked wonders and we managed to get a rock solid buyer who wanted to complete fairly quickly. From the get-go Isabella really did pull out all the stops and transform the whole process so we received serious new clients interested in the house. Everything from care taken on the photos to immediate and ongoing communication. Also the price Fontworths charged compared to our original quote was extremely competitive. Isabella really did care about the house sale and even went out of her way to answer and make herself available to us and potential buyers. Faultless service at a great price. Very professional. Thank you!!!

Telephone queries were delt with quickly and emails replied to in no time at all. Isabella made what can be a stressful experience run very smoothly. I can thoroughly recommend Fontworths.

GoogleIsabella has been so supportive and professional. Whilst we have decided not to move (the market at the moment is almost impossible), Isabella has been really knowledgeable, committed to us and our personal requirements, shared really helpful feedback and in a timely way. She has guided us to allow us to make the right decision for us - not once pushy, not once have I had to chase Isabella for anything. Fontworths may very well be a newer established business in real estate, but do not underestimate their experience, approach and drive. We absolutely would recommend Fontworths and when the time is right for us, Isabella will be the first call we make!

GoogleI’ve been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional marketing, enthusiasm, and customer service provided by this estate agent. From the very beginning, their passion for what they do truly stood out, they didn’t just list the property; they brought it to life with outstanding photography, compelling descriptions, and targeted marketing that made a real impact. What really set them apart was the personalised communication from Isabella. I received regular, thoughtful updates tailored to my situation, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I never felt like just another client, they took the time to understand my needs and worked tirelessly to achieve the best outcome. Their energy and professionalism gave me full confidence throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an attentive, driven and genuinely caring estate agent.

GoogleFirst time we’ve had a viewing with this estate agent and Isabella was so accommodating. I was struggling to find a suitable time to get over to the house but she really tried hard to find me a time. Much better than most estate agents who have completely impractical times for working people. I also felt she was really honest and gave us the information we needed.
