FacebookI have been a Landlord with Declan James Letting and Management service for two and a half years. They gave good service and then improved to very good, when Laura Unpleby became branch manager. Unfortunately a disagreement arose about a particular aspect of their service contract. After some discussion, Declan James understood my position, paid all costs and it ended amicably. As a result I shall remain a client. I am happy to recommend the the branch manager Laura Umpleby and director Stewart Umpleby. Laura for giving excellent service and persevering under trying circumstances and Stewart for his diplomacy and co-operation.

A few things needed sorting with my new property (no fault of anyone’s) and Michelle and Jill have been amazing every step of the way getting things sorted for me so quickly and always friendly on the other side of the phone. Highly recommended by me!

Facebook2 years the park that we personally pay for on carrington park has been closed, after 13 calls to them personally and 13 promises that the park is to be fixed... its still shut, absolute joke of a company
