GoogleAfter a disappointing experience with another estate agent, Nova completely transformed our expectations. From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellent service. Shwain was exceptional, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. Every query was handled promptly and thoroughly, which gave us complete confidence at every stage. Nick and Ali were equally impressive, always approachable and ready to assist whenever needed. Nova’s attention to detail and customer-focused approach made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and straightforward. We would not hesitate to use their services again and strongly recommend Nova to anyone seeking an estate agent that truly delivers on its promises.

GoogleSold my property through Nova and, while primarily looked after by Ali, the whole team was fantastic from start to finish. Always on the ball, pushing the sale through, worth every penny. I also used their recommended solicitors, Gough Thorne, and while I appreciate the general rule might be not to use services recommended through estate agents, in this instance you would regret not doing so. They were also great, both organisations have established methods of contact with each other, and they work together efficiently to progress sales (and purchases) through to completion. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again! Thanks Ali and team

GoogleNova were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had such a positive experience with them selling our home and even purchasing our new property also with Nova. Shwain, Nick and Ali are highly professional, friendly, helpful and generally just the nicest guys to deal with. The quality and efficiency of everything they do is second to none. The photos, video and care they took when getting our home to market was insane, we couldn't of been happier with it and they made the viewing process so effortless! Could not recommend Nova enough, if your thinking of selling then these are the guys to do it, so glad we choose Nova. They were very forthcoming when asked for recommendations for other professionals necessary for the buying/selling process and these were spot on. They put us in touch with some amazing professionals who all made our home move possible! Special mention to Shwain who was our point of contact during our sale/purchase; he is an absolute gentleman, was always on hand to help with absolutely everything and we cant thank him enough. Highly recommended Nova, they have to be the best estate agents in Luton!!

Google0 STARS ABSOLUTE SHAMBELS… what’s is it with these estate agents recently!? CUSOTMER service has been non-existent won’t have space to type all on here. Long story short, if you want to avoid being disappointed please avoid Nova Estate Agents!! Was one of the first to view a property up for rent, done what they asked applying wise, and when checking up an update as I was told regardless of being selected or not I would get a call or email at the least.. I have called them on at least 6/7 different occasions where they gave me the same excuse, oh sorry you was dealing with someone else, we will get back to you at the end of day at latest, i that same line twice! As I was on hold looking elsewhere I kept calling to at least know if I ain’t got it I can apply for others, on the final call I spoke to someone who sounded abit confused, and again passed blame to someone else someone will call you within hour.. of course two hours later nothing. I then call AGAIN.. to be told oh yes sorry the property has been LET. 😂😩 all I ever seem to of got was WAFFLE. AVOID.

GoogleThe best estate agents by far! Nick and Shwain were amazing from start to finish. They were really informative throughout the process and kept in contact with me the whole time. We sold and bought a property through Nova and they were excellent throughout the whole process they were able to offer plenty of advice and recommendations in relation to solicitors/surveyors etc. They were really attentive to our needs and expectations I would 100% recommend the best of the best!

GoogleExcellent experience with Nova with tenanting our property in Luton recently. It had been tenanted for quite a while and after the tenants left, our existing agent said it couldn't rent out for much more than we had been charging for all these years due to the location. I spoke to Shwain at Nova who did some thorough research on the property and area and was confident that Nova could help us get better quality tenants at a higher rent. They took very professional and attractive photos and videos of the property, and we were flooded with viewings. Within a matter of weeks the property was rented out at 50% more than what we had previously been charging! The vetting process was smooth and a reasonable fee and the new tenants have settled in nicely. Thank you for all your hard work Shwain and the team at Nova, we will definitely we recommending you to every one we know.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Shwain from Nova Estate Agents, I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional service and of course the result. Shawin truly went above and beyond to make my property purchase a seamless and took a coaching role to coax the process along. From the beginning, Shawin was always accessible and maintained transparent communication. I never felt out of the loop, as he kept me well-informed on the expectations and timelines. I can also appreciate the friendliness of the Nova team despite me asking 101 questions and a dozen or so calls, it was evident that Shwaim genuinely cares about his job and the satisfaction of both sellers and buyers. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone seeking an estate agent who not only gets the job done but manages the stress of what can sometimes be a difficult process. Thank you to Shwain and the whole Nova team for your support.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish! After initially marketing my property with well-known high street provider, I was getting increasingly frustrated at the lack of progress. A friend recommended Shwain from Nova Estate Agents, and what a change! My property suddenly had viewings, and a buyer! I was updated constantly on progress by Shwain, or in his absence, Ali or Nick throughout the process to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service. In fact we are still using their service to manage a rental property.

GoogleFew months ago was my story started with Swain Pitigala director of Nova Estate Agents, and from the beginning was clearly for me, this man is professional, knowing what doing, helped me the right solicitor find, always give me the best advise, what I followed, and now I write the review from my new house, very highly recommend, who's expecting brilliant job and help for this chaotic world.
