Highly recommended!

We are so pleased with the services provided by L&D estate agents for our home purchase. Jon and Daniel were very reliable and professional. They were regularly following up and updating us. They were always at the end of the line when we have queries. They were very honest and didn’t give us false hope. Situation was stressful towards exchange of contract and completion date but they communicated and assisted us until the end. Hats off to Daniel for being so helpful and friendly from initial house viewing until we got our keys!

Flawless!

Jon and the team at L&D Estate Agents were flawless in handling the sale of my property while I was overseas. He liaised with the tenants for suitable viewing times, put me in touch with a fantastic solicitor and made the process so seamless. I wish I’d used them from the start …

I had tried and failed to sell my flat for 12 months before I was introduced to Jon @ L&D. He abd his team quickly arranged a number of viewings with, previously unsolicited, potential buyers which resulted in a progressable offer. From that point on, Jon was ever available as an invaluable liaison point with the buyer until we secured completion last week. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and L&D Estate Agents if you are looking to buy / sell locally.

These guys done a stand up job helped me all the way through the sale of my house and the move to my new home. When I was stuck on filling in forms they helped and talked me through how to complete them. I was with a major estate agent to begin with but wasn't getting the service when this team took over their mantra was to get my house sold and to keep me informed along the whole journey and went the 110% to get this done which they did. Absolutely fantastic estate agents especially John. Who help me sell my property within 3 months of listing for sale. As I was with 2 of possibly the biggest estate agents in Luton. who had my house for 14 months and failed to sell. John from L&D estate agents is absolute diamond of a man who took me as a client very seriously, give me best advice and give me his wattsapp number he did not mind while I was texting him in out of hours. I found L&D estate agents cheapest in Luton and most professional. Especially it's a family run estate agents they will have you at top priority. I will highly recommend L&D estate agents especially if you are 1st time buyer or seller. 5 stars are not enough I would give them 100 stars.

Fabulous company

Jon and Daniel could not have been more helpful, right from day one. The starting process was extremely easy and once we had signed all relevant paperwork, Daniel set to work trying to sell our property. Within a few days we had an offer which we weren't quite happy with so Daniel liaised between them and us until we were all happy. Unfortunately the other party pulled out but rather than just send an email to inform us, they came to tell us face to face which we really appreciated.Within a month we received another offer which we accepted and we completed within a few weeks. Thanks to Jon and Daniel and their professional attitude, we have found the whole process extremely easy. We had no idea of the way things had to be done but our questions were always answered as quickly as possible, our phone calls and emails always responded to. I really cannot praise them enough. I recently had dealings with L&D Estate Agents and was extremely happy with the service I received. Although I ultimately wasn’t able to use their services, I walked away genuinely impressed L&D set the standard very high.
