Outstanding service from Connells Stopsley, Luton, especially Kelly-Ann Glass I cannot recommend Connells in Stopsley, Luton highly enough. After a number of disappointing experiences with other local estate agents, dealing with this team has been a genuine breath of fresh air. From start to finish, the whole process of selling our house was handled with complete professionalism. The quality of prospective buyers they brought to view our property were excellent, and the communication around offers was clear, prompt, and transparent. I want to make a special mention of the manageress, Kelly-Ann Glass. She has been absolutely fantastic, quick to deal with any issues, always keeping us fully informed of developments, and answering our questions in a way that left us confident and aware of every step of the progress. Update is we are still stuck in contract we have now had 1 viewing contact to us has got better only since compliant but still been made to stay in contract when we have lost all faith in this branch, if fact when tried to leave said I needed to give notice again and previous notice was not valid like MAD! I would not recommend using this company to anyone - counting down days until we can leave will continue to update progress when faith between customer and branch is broken. Really do not like the lady Kelly at branch would recommend to stay away not friendly or warming customer service is so poor lets see what another week looks like and how unhappy we continue to be

Brilliant service from the team at Connells Stopsley throughout our sale and purchase. It definitely wasn’t the most straightforward move, but the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. I have been on with Connells for 5 weeks now I have had no viewings even though price has been dropped on 1st potential viewing no one turned up I had to call, second viewing told we would be called back never did they will not allow us to go on with any other agents! The house we went on market for come off with them and they didn’t even have the respect to contact us and advise us, please avoid these agents this is worse customer experience I have ever had to deal with and will keep updating along process I have zero faith in this branch and have zero faith they can sell our home
