GoogleHad my viewing this evening I’m am definitely pleased with the service I received. I was made to feel very welcome I think the woman's name was Lisa and she was real polite and communicated very well with us. Very pleasant which made the experience much better. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI would not recommend this letting agency at all. I unfortunately had a really bad experience with my first house. Firstly the letting process was not explained. Secondly the state of the house was ridiculous. I was a great tenant but at the end of my lease they made me pay for damages caused by the previous tenant. they did nothing to support me through the process and now I have been charged for damages i did not make. i do not trust this group and would highly advise anyone to stay away from it. I also would recommend avoiding 7 the close Waringstown as the landlord is a greedy lady. I would give no stars but it was not allowed. They played on the fact i was made homeless through the death of my grandmother and knew that i needed a house quickly. Throughout my tenancy i called to explain things that where broken and had no response. My heating broke in march and a repair man did not attend until June. I also tried to report issues when i first moved in but they have mysteriously disappeared. I would avoid like the plague. I highly advise Rent me out who through this all helped me greatly move property. It was only when i moved again I realized what way houses where supposed to be leased. at present i am in discussion with a solicitor with how we can prevent this happening to further people.
Hi Sophie, I understand you are frustrated and have nowhere to vent, but I feel your review is more targeted at the landlord and their claim as to how the deposit should be dispersed. We carried out a detailed inventory that you received when you moved in and then completed an exit report when you vacated. Your deposit was registered with TDSNI, they are an impartial third-party company who protect your deposit. We submitted both the inventory and exit report to TDSNI, who have ruled with the evidence we submitted and therefore we all have to stand by this.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting Aaron, where he showed me round a property. He was so welcoming and friendly. He didn't rush me and I felt that I have adequate time to have a good look around the property and plenty of time to ask questions, that were all answered and explained.

GoogleI have been using Quicklet to manage my properties for a few years and would highly recommend them as they provide a first class service! The staff are very professional, friendly, prompt at communication and highly efficient at handling repairs or other issues. In the past year I have had a number of housing issues which would have caused me huge amounts of stress had I been managing the properties myself, however Quicklet sorted every issue without me having to worry much at all. They are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of housing and I have to say a huge thanks in particular to Laura, the Senior Manager - there is nothing this lady can't sort out! All in all the management service provided by Quicklet is fantastic. It has been a godsend to me and worth every penny.

GoogleWere do I start with quicklet if I could give them no stars I would !!!!! from the moment I rented a property through them nothing but problems ,waiting months for repairs to be done after serval requests with quicklet was left for a full week without any heating in February when it was snowing ,now on day 10 of keys being returned i of the waiting on my deposit returned to being told it can be up to 28 days before your deposit will be returned absolute disgrace being left struggling financially as I wait on my deposit being returned and the lack of communication from quicklet I have emailed several times with no reply not very professional at all!!! Now trying to charge me 20 pounds for a dirty mirror in the bedroom!!!

GoogleIt was a great house and it's what I've been looking for and as I said to the letting agent you can always put your own stamp on the the decor which with painting i enjoy doing. I'm ready to start a fresh and hopefully this house will be it.

The estate agent my wife and I met (Aaron Martin) was very chatty, informative, polite and well spoken, he did not hesitate to answer any of our questions or queries and did so with much enthusiasm and gusto. I would easily and quite happily recommend this estate agents.
