Updated Hi Zamil, as per our original response, you had left a positive review at the beginning of the viewing and application process for a property you were interested in and had subsequently changed this when you were unsuccessful for the property. We understand your frustration and disappointment in not being accepted for the property however we do not feel as though the change in review is a true reflection on your service and experience as you had a positive viewing experience and were kept updated throughout the following steps of the process. Unfortunately this was a very popular property and ultimately the landlord would have the final decision in picking the successful applicant. From our records we can see that you viewed a property but did not respond to the email asking if you would like your application to be put forward to the landlord following the viewing. Hi Atanas, As we have not heard from you in over a year, we can only assume this is in relation to your decision to break your lease for the property you previously rented. You were informed of the clause in your tenancy agreement which relates to breaking your lease early and as you were fully aware of the repercussions of ending your tenancy early, we are surprised to receive this negative review as we have not heard from you since last August.
