FacebookExcellent from start to finish, we have used 4 other estate agents in Shrewsbury and would only ever use and recommend Holters again. We sold in under two weeks for over asking price. The chain with our sale was difficult and Adam really had to spend alot of time back and forth dealing with it and without us even asking him to. I could always get hold of him and felt he really cared about it all, and we weren't just another house sale. 10/10 from us for Holters and especially Claire and Adam at the Shrewsbury branch.

GoogleUsing Holters renewed my faith in estate agents - previously had not had great experiences whether selling or buying. Dealt with Tom when we sold a property with Holters and can not praise him enough - always followed up any viewings and followed everything through and never once had to chase him up. Had a few problems with the property and Tom always helped sort them out. Also dealt with Zoe in office a couple of times and again she was faultless. If only all estate agents were this efficient life would be so much simpler when selling or buying. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling

GoogleI guess selling my late mother’s bungalow was always going to be a fairly protracted process as it did need a bit of refurbishment. However, Holter’s did their best to help, ensuring many viewings, and keeping us well-informed of feedback. It was also well-advertised through the various on-line and social media platforms, and the initial photos were good, although a bit slow to update when needed. A mutual learning point is perhaps that we should have smartened the place up rather sooner than we did, but we got there in the end, and Holters did finally manage to find a buyer for us. They are a friendly and enthusiastic team and we are grateful for all their efforts on our behalf.

GoogleFrom the very start before putting our house on the market Holters were brilliant. Karl was Very informative and extremely positive about marketing our house. Zoe was brilliant arranging potential buyers to come to view and has been lovely to speak to each time. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience in selling our house and sold within 11 days.
