GoogleA great service by Holters. I initially wondered if the valuation was a bit high, but I trusted Will's local knowledge and went with the price he recommended. Although it wasn't a typically easy time to sell houses (December) I had a first viewing within a few days and agreed a sale within a day of that. I particularly liked that Holters used a professional photographer who produced some fab photos which showed the house off to its best. Lizzie in the office was always up to date as the sale proceeded and was friendly to communicate with. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress free - thank you Holters.

GoogleAs purchasers of a house being marketed by Holters, we received really useful support from Zoe, who kept checking on the progress of the sale of our own property and she did much proactive liaising between the various agents and solicitors involved in the chain. Excellent service which was way above what we were expecting and when or if we come to sell our new house I am sure we would use Holters. Highly recommended!
