The whole process from the initial meeting to confirmation of a sale has been very positive. Holters provided pricing guidance that was significantly higher than other agents and proved to be justified when a sale was agreed within a relatively short selling window. The photographs and particulars were of a very high standard and the experience and insight of the local manager and her staff in Newtown has been very impressive. I believe that Holters presence in a number of towns within Powys and Shropshire is a distinct advantage in understanding a broad market beyond the local area and that their marketing skills were key to attracting potential buyers from across a very large part of the UK. Overall, I'd have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I had been impressed by Holters’ comprehensive and modern marketing materials for some time, so when I decided to sell my property, they were the first estate agents I contacted. Both Zoe and Ele came out to conduct a market appraisal, and they were equally friendly and professional, putting me at ease and filling me with confidence. When I decided to market my property sooner than planned, Ele and her team delivered an incredibly quick turnaround. Viewings began just 30 minutes after the listing went live, and the property was sold within 48 hours! Ele was fantastic at negotiating the best sale price and went above and beyond to secure the offer promptly, enabling me to move forward with my new property purchase. Post-offer, Ele continued to be an enormous support, offering advice and guidance throughout the entire buying and selling process. Whenever things became stressful or I felt overwhelmed, Ele was always the calm and measured voice at the end of the phone. Selling my home was not an easy decision and I was nervous about what the process would hold for me as I have never sold property before. I have, so far, had the most positive experience. Zoe came out to me and gave me all the relevant information on costs and fees and what direction I needed. I was shown other properties in the area and houses that may be of interest for me. I was given a more than adequate valuation and was also told to keep an open mind about the time frame of selling. I was never promised anything and everything was completely transparent. The photos taken for the advertisement were amazing and certainly did the house justice. Within just ten days of being on the market I was under offer. I know I am yet to complete but the process has been smooth so far and I have been treated incredibly well by all involved to this point. Highly recommended. Thank you.

My experience of using Holters to sell my property was excellent. The professional photography showcased the house brilliantly and we had a viewing booked within an hour of it being on the market. My experience with Holters is a thoroughly good one. First impressions count and Will is really easy to get on with and talk to and I enjoyed my meetings with him. I find that Estate Agents are optimists out of necessity so I have always been wary of being over being adventurous when it comes to a proposed sale price. I have to say that Will knows his market though, he took a balanced approach and I achieved more than I was expecting. I thought it might have been harder to sell than it was but he got a lot of viewings and ultimately a completion. Well connected with other local professionals which can come in handy when buying and selling houses. My partner has recently sold her property and had to use 3 Estate Agents in the end. The big difference we noted is that the feedback post viewing was much better and they follow up all loose ends. Marketing and photography is better than average as well. Unfortunately Holters didn’t operate in my partners area or we’d have used them. It’s a very professional service at a fair price.

I guess selling my late mother’s bungalow was always going to be a fairly protracted process as it did need a bit of refurbishment. However, Holter’s did their best to help, ensuring many viewings, and keeping us well-informed of feedback. It was also well-advertised through the various on-line and social media platforms, and the initial photos were good, although a bit slow to update when needed. A mutual learning point is perhaps that we should have smartened the place up rather sooner than we did, but we got there in the end, and Holters did finally manage to find a buyer for us. They are a friendly and enthusiastic team and we are grateful for all their efforts on our behalf.

Using Holters renewed my faith in estate agents - previously had not had great experiences whether selling or buying. Dealt with Tom when we sold a property with Holters and can not praise him enough - always followed up any viewings and followed everything through and never once had to chase him up. Had a few problems with the property and Tom always helped sort them out. Also dealt with Zoe in office a couple of times and again she was faultless. Fantastic modern estate agents. Everything from the initial enquiry for a valuation to completion was excellent. I approached several local estate agents for a valuation and chose to market with Holters for a number of reasons including their internet presence, the quality & number of photographs and the cost. I opted to pay upfront and it saved me a huge amount of money. My house was sold within 4 days with an above asking price offer. I realise this is not the norm and maybe I was lucky but the negotiations were all down to Will. Zoe in the office is a credit to the team, she updates regularly with emails and nothing is too much trouble. The service received was professional, appropriate and supportive, without being pushy and trying to sell other services like another estate agents with an office locally does. I was extremly impressed with the service and would highly recommend Holters Estate Agents to anyone thinking of selling.
