TrustpilotViewing in Dussindale
Had a very positive experience this morning with a bungalow viewing in Dussindale. Emily who showed me around was very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. As a result of my viewing I made an offer and that has been dealt with efficiently by both Emily and now Lee.

TrustpilotBradley Stark - Very Helpful
Been dealing with Bradley Stark. He's been keeping us informed on a regular basis and has been very helpful throughout the process. Once our offer had been accepted Bradley provided further assistance with suggestions of local mortgage advisors and solicitors etc. to enable a smooth transition to completion.

TrustpilotImpressed
The service we received was really good. If they said they would phone, they did. If you rang they knew your property and who you were. The personal care and attention was actually a real surprise and they were pleasure to deal with. Very professional and friendly throughout. Thankyou Lee Mortimer.

FacebookTop bunch at Minors and Brady - very friendly, helpful & efficient in what they do. Also sold my house within 24 hours for full asking price and were on it from the moment i called them out to value and market my property, they kept me updated with all the details as it moved through the stages all the way through to completion. Will definitely use again, highly recommended agents. Cheers everyone

TrustpilotDedicated team working hard
It’s safe to say our house purchase was not straight forward due to factors outside of M&B control. Rosie worked so hard to ensure things got sorted and the purchase was completed before our mortgage offer expired. For that, we are so thankful and would 100% recommend M&B.

TrustpilotI’m surprised they sell any houses
I’m surprised they sell any houses. They take forever to answer calls and emails. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this estate agents. It seems like all the staff work part time hours, not very good if you’re looking at buying properties.

Jasmine, aftersales progressor at Minors and Brady has been so supportive, informative and extremely helpful at getting the sale of my late father’s home over the line. She worked hard and dealt with both sets of solicitors and the buyer, to ensure the sale happened. Extremely grateful to Jasmine for her help.

FacebookLee and his colleagues, have without exception been professional & attentive throughout the 'Road to Sale'. Feedback from prospective purchasers was communicated back to my wife & myself in a timely fashion. Living out of the area necessitated all viewings to be carried out by the Minors & Brady team, allowing us to get on with our everyday business. Great team who I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you. David & Lesley Kerr
