GoogleWe have been looking at properties for a few months now in the Lowestoft area and have had dealings with most of the local estate agents. Minors and Brady have stood out for us. We have luckily found exactly the property we had been searching for and this is in part is all down to Tamsin who has been amazing. She has taken the time to develop a relationship with us and got to know what it is we wanted rather than directing us to properties that just were not suitable. Thankyou Tamsin you are a huge asset to the Minors and Brady team!

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another local estate agent, Minors and Brady Lowestoft achieved more in 5 days than the other estate agent achieved in 5 months. Jack, Charlie, Dan and Despina have been amazing. Our house hit the market Saturday and was sold by the Wednesday. Communication has been amazing, we've been kept updated daily. I highly recommend Minors and Brady for anyone considering or looking to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWow... We managed to sell our house within three weeks (could have been sooner if we had of been happy with offers) Before we had even gone on the market we had viewings lined up. Right from the very start the customer service was outstanding, the photo quality is definitely the best and they are all very much on the ball from the get go. I have had dealings with Charlie, Elliot and Tamzin and all of them are brilliant at what they do... Thank you Minors and Brady Lowestoft I would highly recommend your service x

TrustpilotViewings with Emily Bygrave
I have had 2 occasions now where Emily Bygrave has shown us around houses. She is definitely an asset to your company. Happy, positive, always happy to that little bit extra and has a good understanding of clients body language and reacts very well to that. She has been helpful indeed. As the major contact person with M&B, she sheds a good light on the company.

We have been dealing with Joe at Minors and Brady. He has been so genuine, kind and helpful. He’s gone above and beyond. I would recommend if you’re looking for an agent who really cares and where they are going to tell you the truth. Really recommend.

FacebookI have recently sold my house subject to contract and whilst interest was initially slow as soon as Mia from the Caister branch got involved everything improved dramatically she came to the house on the day of a couple of viewings earlier than the appointments to familiarise her self and was marvellous when conducting the viewings, her enthusiasm and professionalism shone through, we received three offers within the same day I can only say it was probably the best house sale experience I have been involved in and would thoroughly recommend the company but most of all Mia.

GoogleViewed 3 properties with Hannah, who was very professional and friendly. Our offer on a property was accepted and things got moving very quickly. So far, so good.

TrustpilotRosie. Most Efficient and Hard Working.
Rosie at Minors and Brady has been excellent at getting our house purchase over the line. She has worked very hard and dealt with both sets of solicitors, which has been quite stressful and time consuming. I think if she hadn't been so committed then we would not have had such a swift purchase. She always kept us up to date with developments by phone or email. Thank you.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
