The viewing was carried out by a member of the team who obviously knew all about the house, was able to answer all our questions and give us more insight of the surrounding area. From our experience we do like to give out feedback once we have viewed and digested our thoughts. Day and night carried out a follow up call 24 hours after the viewing, we were happy to engage in a welcoming courtesy call, with a no hard sale approach. For myself as a landlord, i can confidently say they have managed the property effectively, whilst communicating when needed. They were selling the house on behalf of the owner when i bought it and were brilliant then. All of the team have been great, but special mentions to Will, Fran and Ben!
