GoogleSold in less than a week! Will and Fran have been fantastic, a no nonsense approach making a difficult time for my father in law bearable. Having to make the decision to move closer to family, they showed empathy and kindness. Living 2 hours away it was necessary to have agent to do viewings, which they did, previous experience with other agents failed to deliver previous times being on the market. Would wholly recommend Day and Knight , Will has infectious enthusiasm and good local knowledge. Hard work begins now getting packed up.

They answer messages immediately and it’s great to finally see a forward thinking company that are using technology to improve this. I work offshore where communication can be difficult, but we were able to chat via Whats App and I was kept up to date every step of the way. GoogleCan't thank Will & the team enough! We had 2 valuations done on our property prior to putting it on the market! We had will out, and another independent local estate agent.. Will valued it more than the other agent and he sold it within 2 days of it hitting rightmove achieving higher than we imagined! We were extremely happy!! GoogleMy mum sold her mums house with Day & Knight and she wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone wishing to sell their property. All of the team are professional, enthusiastic and so helpful, offering excellent advice from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. They sold the bungalow with such ease and also suggested a solicitor from whom we received a very welcome discount!
