We purchased our new home with Emma and because of the way she dealt with the purchase we decided to sell our existing house with her too. She managed the whole process impeccably and was super easy to work with and contact. From the property video/brochure she created through to the viewings, everything was faultless! Emma virtually managed the whole chain, recommended solicitors and mortgage advisors who were also excellent. We couldn’t have been happier in our choice of agent! Me and my partner are Emma’s tenants and we cannot recommend her enough. From first impressions she was so friendly, funny yet professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Emma, if we ever have any issues she sorts it out the same day. She is so reliable and genuinely cares about you as a person as well as working with your circumstances. Emma has made the whole (usually stressful) letting experience such a breeze and goes absolutely above and beyond, we could not wish for a better landlord. We put our house up for sale on Calstock Road in Woodthorpe in August last year. We went with a local agent. The mandatory period expired so we left it until early Spring to go again and that’s when we called Emma. We never looked back. If you want an agent to represent you then Emma has got the lot. She provides a service that is highly professional and incredible value for money. We always felt we were kept informed at every point in the journey. She is tenacious, has a wonderful communication style but above all she is honest. She just manages your expectations, doesn’t over promise and is always realistic about all aspects of the sale. When she first came to build the house profile she was forensic as to how the brochure should look ie numbers of photos, what to leave out, the wording etc. she even came back at a later stage and retook some photos to get better lighting. She got us ++++ viewings and always said, ‘there’s someone out there who wants your house’. Forever positive. Up to the point of exchange and completion she was chasing solicitors and estate agents. So determined to get it right for us. Always available , always fighting our corner . Her business model is so different from other estate agents. She has a unique style that is both personal and tough when required. I would never recommend anyone else to friends, family or people thinking of moving. In a world where estate agents get plenty of bad press Emma Terry sets the gold standard and is an exemplar for how this type of business should be operated.
