It was quite overwhelming to begin with but since Rob took the matters in his hands, it became straight forward 😁 me and my partner didn’t have to worry about anything. F&F managed our property for 6 years. Tey found a lovely tenant who has been in the property until we sold it. Rob and Jo are extremely helpful, they are open and honest about costs and always sought the best providers to repair or inspect the property. On the sale side Rob was extremely helpful, and with his help and knowledge the transaction went through in record time. We will recommend F&F with confidence.

GoogleWe recently bought and sold properties through Friend and Farrelly. Considering people always say how stressful this process is, I feel like it went very smoothly. Rob and Jo were great, they were always available on the phone if we had questions and were very supportive throughout. Once our offer had been accepted and we had sold our property, we worked closely with Louisa in the sales progression team who was really on the ball when it came to chasing solicitors and providing us with updates. Would definitely recommend this company.

GoogleBear with what will be a lengthy review, but I believe I have had more experience of Rob Farrelly and his business than most people have with any property business! Myself and my family have been going through the worst of all nightmares for a property owner. We have one small flat which we have always rented out but a few years ago, someone moved in who didn’t pay the rent and who wouldn’t move out. Rob joined us on a manage only basis and truly has had to deal with so much more than he signed up to and yet has never mentioned that. He has gone above and beyond for us, appearing in court with me twice, helping us get legal advice, and dealing on our behalf with the tenant. He is a very serious, committed, and knowledgeable professional who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. I’ve been so impressed by his motivation and drive to make his own small business work and that drive makes him a really safe pair of hands for relying on as he takes each client personally. Lastly, I just want to add that the former tenant (who needless to say a court found in breach of contract and ordered an eviction notice for) has made the bad reviews seen here below. Its typical but utterly unjust that such a person might have an effect on Rob and Jo’s business, which they have self made and built up from scratch. These two are wholly trust worthy, honest and professional in our experience.

GoogleAs an overseas landlord, I cannot praise Friend & Farrelly enough for their help in getting my property ready for rental (there was a lot to do) and for managing absolutely everything in detail. The team are extremely efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. They fully have mine and my tenant's interests covered and I would highly recommend Friend & Farrelly to anyone looking to use their services. It's a breath of fresh air to find a letting agent so on the ball.
