GoogleWhat I liked the most about Douglas Allen was that their buyers were checked and verified before viewings. They don't waist your time and people they send through your door are serious buyers. We have received 3 offers in a matter of 2 months and accepted the highers one. I know their fee is a bit higher than other local agents offer, but we tried few other agents in the past and a lot of viewings they arranged were just a waist of time, so it's worth to pay a bit of extra to get the job done.
