If you're on the property hunt in the Loughton area then I would strongly recommend getting in touch with Douglas Allen and in particular Stephanie from the Loughton branch. We're still looking at the moment but find the level of care and attention we get, second to non. Everything is followed up really quickly and the communication is great. Steph and the team are great at sending recommendations, being open and honest, being friendly and making what is quite a stressful situation -very easy!

I enquired about a property with Ellie Cox who was very professional, Prompt, Informative. It was the easiest House purchase I have ever done. When showing me around the house nothing was to much trouble, Communication with Ellie was great and second to none, Communication over with the main Douglas Allen Call Centre, well you might as well hang up and wait for the office to call you, Call centre is rubbish, and couldn't even tell me what time the Loughton office closed. 5 star for Ellie's performance.

Luke Lane and the team at Douglas Allen Loughton have been the very definition of professionalism whilst marketing and selling my property in Waltham Abbbey. They had a hot list of buyers ready to go and I was offered asking price after the first days viewings. The photos and energy efficency appointments were also sorted out with a minimum of fuss too. Douglas Allen Loughton team sold my flat recently. Luke was professional / knows the area and was available when required. Ellie was a master negotiator and wonderful as she managed to sell the property in 1st viewing. But selling a property is a lengthy process, waiting for searches, surveys etc. and for that Douglas Allen have a special department. The lady Tina was awesome, calm and a problem solver. She pushed the other side and in some cases my side and made them walk step by step. The property wouldn't have completed without her. In all, all 3 are 5*
