son placed higher bid for a property and it was sold at a lower price, if i was the seller i would not be happy. no chain involved first time buyer. having read previous reviews it looks like this sort of thing as happened before

Bidding on a house and was pushed for more and more money. Caught the estate agent out in a lie and just had a bad feeling so decided to walk away from the house due to their handling of the house sale.

Have tried to view a house for sale which they are handling. No call backs, no viewings, whole thing now sounds very suspicious and my guess is that they have a "favoured" buyer, i wonder why. . . We've given up trying to view the property.

Terrible estate agents, can't wait to take your money and mess you about when it's time to pay you back. Poor communication and lack of effort with sorting out problems. Terrible at returning calls or sorting things out in general. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Several emails sent to view a property and not one reply. As a cash buyer you would think they would reply instantly but 5 days and nothing. I certainly will not be listing my house with them if they are ignoring serious buyers.

They just care your money. Until the payment they approach kindly but after payment they do not care your problems. I spent hours to explain my problems with the property but they do not care. 5 minus stars if it were possible.

Missed out on sale due to lack of communication. When I did buy a house with another estate agent, williamhbrown wouldn't collect their 'for sale' sign. Cowboys in a high street friendly guise, avoid these clowns.

I placed my house for sale with the Norwich office - and wish i had not. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Very poor communication; even my emails and letters giving them four weeks notice have not been acknowledged. Avoid.

Full of it. Bunch of plastic Delboys. They insist they are the best thing ever as soon as the get your business forget it. Oh look out for unnecessary extras other agents give for free photos etc and they will lie to your face.

Sudbury branch shockingly poor estate agent, terrible communication doesn't follow through with clients, feedback is nonexistent. The rep will tell you their the best estate agents in the area that's absolutely true they are, the best at being the worse, absolutely dreadful.

William H Browns Lettings use Sequence Homes to ‘manage’ their properties. Landlords and tenants should both read reviews on Sequence before committing to WHB Lettings. WHB 8/10 for my property, Sequence 0/10. Sequence are awful.
