⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selling my flat hasn’t been the easiest of rides, we’ve had a few bumps along the way and some delays with the solicitors (which was nothing to do with the agents). Luckily, the team at Holders were all over it from start to finish. They were proactive, kept in constant contact, and always chased things up without me having to ask. I’ve dealt with a lot of agents in the past, but Kathryn, Katie, Millie, Miranda, and Ben really stood out for their dedication and persistence in getting this sale over the line. Even when obstacles cropped up, they stayed on top of every detail and kept pushing things forward. Thanks to their hard work, we finally got it done, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Very unwelcoming behaviour of the staff, they treated me like a begger entered their office. They didn’t even greeted and offered a seat to me while themselves remained seated and asked for my details. I felt like going out from the office as quickly as possible. I was with my partner and that was so embarrassing for me that I can’t explain. Strict NO for this estate agency.
