I loved my first estate agent when we bought and sold but now I have met Sam and Steve at Larkfield, Page and Wells and I adore them! When people say “nothing is too much trouble” they throw that statement out there... Sam and Steve had the hardest chain and at times the most ludicrous sale with our house and the things they did to get our exchange over the line were nothing short of amazing. I had phone calls and replies to emails past 6pm to reassure and update me. The literature and advertising of our home was brilliant with great attention to detail. We went on the market in July and went under offer and sold a month later. They then worked tirelessly to ensure our long chain didn’t collapse. I am 99% sure if we’d gone with another agent we wouldn’t have exchanged yesterday, the negotiations and rapport needed to manage the other agents and solicitors in the chain was paramount and Sam & Steve were a brilliant double act. I have sold my house through Page and Wells (Loose), and decided to use them because of their local knowledge of the area. I thought the photos and the ehouse viewing of the house, were excellent, along with the description of the house. I found the communication with Duncan Wills, James Palin and Adam Aelen, to be open and transparent and professional from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding, phenomenal service

I don’t know where to begin…I just purchased my first home and the team from Page & Wells in Larkfield could genuinely not have made it a better experience for me if they tried!Phil (the branch manager) went above and beyond from start to finish. He kept me in the loop even when there was no news, he reassured me when things were looking rocky and he knew all the details end-to-end process like the back of his hand.I had 100% faith in Phil and his team, this was important because it was all new to me.Phil, Coral and everyone else from Page & Wells didn't just handle the process professionally but they felt like great friends/ family by the end of it. Fantastic Service from Bearsted Team

Was impressed with the service throughout and the fantastic communication of the Bearsted Page and Wells team. Very quick to get on the market from initial valuation, they did all the viewings with no hassle to ourselves. Once the property was sold, they kept us informed throughout. The level of service and support we received from the whole team at Page and Wells Larkfield, but particularly Phil and Be, has been outstanding from the outset. We have just completed a very lengthy and difficult sale and both Phil and Be have navigated us through every hurdle, going above and beyond to mitigate the shortcomings of other parties in the chain. Communication was excellent throughout, so we always knew what was happening and what our choices were. Page and Wells are an exceptional estate agent

Be at Page and Wells, Larkfield was exceptional from start to finish and helped us hit a very tricky deadline after nearly a year of let down from another agent. Be was helpful and informed throughout, she took control of the situation and we were never in any doubt that our sale (and entire move) was in safe hands. Her communication was second to none, not just to us, but throughout the chain. Be was away as we were getting towards exchange but left us in the very safe hands of Phil who was also incredibly communicative and supportive. Throughout the whole process we always felt that we were their priority, and that they genuinely cared about us and our move. I could not recommend them enough. Estate agents get a bad name, but that wouldn't be the case if they were all like the team at Page and Wells in Larkfield.

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

Best landlords agent we have ever had

Best landlords agent we have ever had. Not even exaggerating. Even issues that seem really minor and I feel daft for reporting Karen (Maidstone Branch) deals with immediately and efficiently. Not the same issues you usually find with a landlords agent at all. Usually you would wait months to have an issue resolved. Not with Page and Wells. From start to finish the process of signing paperwork, moving in and being looked after as tenants has been absolutely flawless. If you are looking at moving out for the first time or have had poor experiences with others, come to these guys - absolutely painless and Karen is simply lovely.

I contacted Page & Wells Loose branch to sell my home & when James came around I knew exactly who I was going with, as soon as he walked through the door we received a warm, friendly & professional welcome, I can honestly say James was with us from the beginning right the way through to the end, selling your home is extremely stressful but James looked after us all the way through, he couldn’t be more helpful, all problems, the silliest of questions we had, he dealt with, James and Page & Wells really made our dreams come true.
