GoogleThis is the second review I have chosen to submit for Bradley's Estate Agents.. The first being for the Penzance team on selling my property in St Just. The Looe team are equally deserving of a mention -as apart from dealing with my purchase back in the summer - they have without doubt stepped above and beyond to assist me with any queries, and have been kind and supportive in helping me settle in this lovely community. GoogleThe guys in the branch were great but the big award and shout out goes to Karen Miller who worked her socks off for 10 months getting our move sorted. Such a difficult and demanding chain, but she phoned me nearly everyday to let me know what was happening. Without her we would have been lost. I cannot sing her praises highly enough and the whole family thank her from the bottom of our hearts. Ms Miller...you are the best xxx

Googlegreat friendly service , would highly recommend and use myself again...very impressed, branch used was Looe in Cornwall..and the third party bradleys team, that chased up between the solicitors both sides was first class, saved a lot of time and got the sale pushed forward a lot faster..

GoogleWe had a very good experience selling our house with Bradley's Looe. I have both bought and sold using them and had a great experience both times. Although solar panels caused a hold up in the sale the agents were very quick to deal with enquiries and answer them. We would recommend them to anyone selling or buying.

GoogleBought a house through Bradleys. Good communication throughout the process, with frequent updates. Quick turnaround from offer to completion. Gave us some vegetable stock cubes when we moved in. Good stuff.

Google"Ella Marshal took our house sale on in February 2020, after two other agents had failed to secure a buyer. A big task, however the enthusiasm that she and Lauren injected in to viewings communication all through COVID lockdown restrictions has been simply amazing. I have dealt with many agents over the years and These two ladies from Bradley’s have out performed any other estate agent I’ve worked with. They chased our 4 part chain remorselessly and always had a positive smiling take on the many neutral and negative responses they received. The end result, we have sold for the asking price in a very difficult market, we thank the superb efforts of Lauren and Ella particularly as we’d moved abroad for the last month of negotiations! Thank you both and we look forward to seeing you in 2021! Needless to say Bradley’s are in our opinion the best agents in the South West!"
