We had to cancel the application for the house we booked ,because of the distance from there to work.However , Andrew and Shirley tried to help more than we could have imagined during the whole process, but unfortunately we decided to give up ,even if it hurts ,and it will probably take me some time to forget about this house.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICESecurity locks have been off for months.Bike garage door locked and cannot access for months.Lift not working for more than a month.This morning car park shutter stopped working.Nothing gets solved, no one replies to emails. I haven’t even included the problems in my flat.Please save your effort and search for houses from a different company.

Beware the sales team are a complete and utter waste of time , no communication with any other member of staff or customers .Complained to they’re head office on numerous times , was told all Faults would be repaired .
