I contacted Andrews as the oven in my rented accommodation had stopped working. It was dealt with by Owen Copson, who arranged for it to be fixed very quickly and efficiently. I also had a follow up email after the job had been completed to check that the work had been done and everything was ok. Very happy. Thank you Owen.

GoogleWe were hesitant when booking a viewing for a property we were interested in, given the current market and some of the horror stories we hear everyday about trying to buy a house. Thankfully we were proven wrong. Libby, part of the team at Andrews Long Ashton, has been very professional and reassuring from day 1. Our requests for multiple viewings have been easily accommodated, and communication has been easy and quick. If only more estate agents and sales negotiators around Bristol were the same... I'll keep the Long Ashton Andrews office in mind if/when the time comes to sell.

Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.
