GoogleWe had a great experience with the Forest Gate team. Dea and Mario were excellent. We got friendly and really helpful advice and they were so responsive. Dea even checked in with us and the seller over her holiday to ensure that things were moving. We've bought a beautiful house in a great location and we were able to exchange and complete within 5 weeks of viewing the property. I also recommend going with their in-house solicitors who were superb

GoogleDea was the agent dealing with our house purchase, she was fantastic, always professional, timely and very communicative. We had weekly phone calls from her to follow-up and get updated, always punctual and supportive. Our house purchase went smoothly with Your Move, apart from some delays with our solicitor (delayed searches due to COVID-19). I highly recommend Dea, and will definitely ask for her help when I will sell my property.

GoogleMario and Filipe at Your move Forest Gate were wonderful, very supportive through out the sale of 65 Godwin road our previous property. They both went the extra mile to ensure that we did not only have our house sold but at a good price which was within our budget. They both went back and forth and ensured of getting viewers to the house, despite at the multiple agency contract, Your Move were the only agency that brought buyers to the house. At the point of our frustration due to poor offers, which made us to decide that we were no longer going to sell, and we had to discharged everyone of the contract; however we decided to then call Mario back and re-sign the contract because he did not only showed empathy to us for the way we've been treated, he was very good in his reassurance in getting the house sold, and using his professional skills in encouraging us to reduce the price to meet the market rate, was just too fantastic that we did not even feel the pressure of reduction. They came over to carry out the tidying of the property and taking better pictures in order to get buyers is, that was the top of it all, this really impressed us, we did not feel like a vendor but a friend helping us out to get our house sold which made our dream come through. The even dealt with the solicitors well and pushed them to get the exchange out, taking that extra mile in getting them the information from council's portal in order not to delay matters. This meant a lot to us because we had been facing a serious stress and frustration but Mario and Filipe brought a BIG smile to all our faces as a family when they finally sold it at an acceptable price and today the whole family are happy and enjoying our beautiful home.

GoogleThe staff at Your Move in Stratford/Forest Gate have been exceptional from the very beginning, in particular, Hussain and Muna. They are engaging, approachable and understanding. Hussain has been my main point of contact throughout my time renting in Stratford and he is an excellent communicator and highly consistent, making my stay and eventually move as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Your Move Stratford/Forest Gate and will definitely contact them again if I rent again in future.

GoogleBoth Mario and Jordan helped us to sell my deceased aunt’s flat. I can honestly say that without them, we would not have achieved this. They were both extremely professional and responsive across the entire time of the sale, but more than this they went over and above during a very difficult time for us. They treated us with great compassion as well as treating us as ‘people’ and not just a client. Their hard work, diligence and expertise made the process so much easier for us than it could have been and we will always be grateful. GoogleDea was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us well informed, sorting out a lot of problems quickly and efficiently and helping manage expectations between ourselves and the sellers. Buying a house is possibly the most stressful and miserable experience I’ve ever been through but Dea was incredibly resourceful and made it a lot less painful than it would otherwise have been.
