I have always heard that buying houses were stressful, but I can’t relate at all. From the first step when viewed the house with Jordan, I had plenty of questions and he was happy to answer all of the questions in regards to the house and to the whole house buying process (I’m a first time buyer). Mario and Jordan made the whole process stress free. They always had clear communication with me, so I always knew what needed to be done and what to expect in the coming days/week. They recommended brilliant mortgage brokers and solicitors who were just as professional and efficient. I was always able to log in online and see what steps had been completed and what was steps were next. I would definitely recommend Mario and Jordan at Your Move Forest Gate, it was a pleasant experience with no stress or drama.

Your Move were the only good thing about our house move. We had an absolute nightmare of a move, with agents and solicitors throughout the chain causing problems, but through it all, Mario and Jordan were an oasis of calm and support. They were always on hand with help and advice, often going above and beyond the call of duty to get the move over the line. Whenever we had a question about the process, they were happy to help, and full of knowledge and experience about how the process worked. They know the area and the market, and they helped us get a good price with a good buyer at a difficult time. I honestly don't know if the whole thing would have even reached completion without their help. Super-glad we went with them instead of Purple Bricks or someone more hands-off or with less knowledge and experience; worth every penny.

Thanks to Dea for her hard work and professionalism in helping get our purchase over the line. It took a fair few months with COVID complications, bank delays and lining up end of tenancies but she was always available at the end of the line (even at weekends and when on holiday) to answer questions, pass on information and generally keep everyone moving in the right direction. It's great when an estate agent makes it clear they are after the best interests of both sides of a property purchase and then follows through. You won't be let down by Dea and our experience of Your Move in our first interaction has only been positive.

Where to begin... We decided to take a property with Your Move and what a mistake that has been.. We dealt with Muna apparently she is the lettings Agent for the Forest Gate Branch. Like any other agents, she started off nice but once interest has been established we were treated as commodities. Muna was not only unreliable, dishonest but also unprofessional. Landlord decided to change our initial move in date to our dismay, this she decided to tell us days later. We were asked to provide various documents which we did but only informed by Muna 1 week before moving in that we needed to provide additional information. She then gave us the wrong information knowing very well that she had made an error and not once did she apologies for this. Upon taking showing interest, we were not told that we would be charged for zero deposit option she conveniently left that out .We found that out from the the company once we spoke to them. we moved in to the property with our son ( during Covid 19) and the house is absolutely filthy, despite agreeing on the offer letter that the property should have an end of tenancy clean. This was obviously not the case we found dust, spider webs in every room and the fridge was dirty ( please see photos attached) We inquired about this and asked for a receipt of the clean only to call the cleaning company and they confirmed end of tenancy clean was not scheduled for the property but a standard clean for 5 hours ( which would explain the filth in the house) It proved to be correct as we also found the landlord in the property cleaning the property which again was not something we had agreed on. We put this forward to Muna and she decided to hang up the phone! because is easier to not listen rather than admit fault and actually do something about it... Absolutely poor behavior! We have now contacted the branch manager and head office. We will also contact the ombudsman and address this. Estate Agencies cant continue to work like cowboys and get away with it , sadly Your Move is the very reason why Estate Agencies have a bad reputation. To all that want to rent from Your Move, think TWICE get everything in writing. They are dishonest and will tell you all that you want to hear at first but once in they want nothing to do with it.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

He went out of his way and came in, on his day off to personally hand in our rental property keys and sign the documents with us. The gift box was a genuine surprise. In our experience, Dea makes an effort to establish a rapport with her clients and works hard on their behalf to secure a sale and then through the process through to completion, she has even contacted us on her days off to ensure the sale maintained momentum. Excellent customer service Your move forest gate branch has an excellent team. Mario is a very good salesmen, I never intended to sell my property, it was refurbished to be used as a buy to let. After an initial valuation conducted by Mario I changed my mind, he assured me he could sell the property for me within a month at a fair price and so he did. Dea Bhambra was responsible for the coordination between me and the buyer to execute a fast transaction. I Must admit,I have never received such service from any estate agent before. She constantly relayed information between me and the buyer. I have received text from her as late as 8pm in the evening . She was sending me text updating me on the process even on her holidays . I would certainly use your move in the future thanks to Dea. Normally a sales transaction takes about 8 weeks, Dea managed to cut this down to 4 weeks . Jordan with his immaculate presentation skills did a great job during the viewings. Finally thanks to Muni for her incredible insight into the rental market.
