GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend Your Move if you are looking to buy or sell your property. As first time buyers we were very inexperienced, they helped us with all our questions and concerns. Our experience was particularly challenging due to the pandemic but Graham who was our contact at Your Move guided us through lockdown keeping us informed and calm. GoogleStarting in reverse I must say that the response and investigation of my complaint by the company director was excellent, he listened to my concerns, investigated and got back to me directly in good time with an explanation and apology. That being said if the viewings agent had given me the correct information at the correct time, and the letting manager had treated me with respect and honesty I would not have needed to complain.NegativeProfessionalism
