Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria Peters to sell my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, her deep knowledge of the market was evident. She provided insightful advice on pricing and positioning of the property which led to a successful sale. Throughout the entire process, Victoria maintained an incredibly positive attitude, even when challenges arose. Her optimism and professionalism were reassuring and made the journey much less stressful. Additionally, she was exceptionally helpful during the conveyancing process, guiding me through each step and ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Victoria Peters to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Her expertise, positive attitude, and dedication to her clients are truly unmatched.

I've never written a review before, but I just had to write this one! Everyone knows that finding an apartment in London is a very responsible business and you need to find a good specialist you can trust. This person for me was Victoria Peters from YOUhome Property Gurus. We signed a contract and she took care of everything, from that moment I was surrounded by care, attention and, of course, a professional approach. It is very important when at crucial moments of life, next to you is not just a professional, but also a person of great soul. The search was long and interesting, but for the first time, the search for an apartment was accompanied by only positive emotions. We found the apartment of my dreams! All documents were prepared on time. And the deal went through! I was very lucky with the realtor. Victoria Peters is a very competent specialist and a pleasant person! From the bottom of my heart I wish her success in her work and adequate clients!!!

I would like to thank an exceptional agent Victoria Peters for providing us with property market evaluation & overview consultation. Me and my husband were considering to buy our first home and we have been looking for a property in our preferred areas - Bayswater, Notting Hill and Kensington. Victoria has been recommended to us as a knowledgeable property agent. She took her time to prepare impressive presentations, which included very good overview of current property market in specific areas we targeted, with prices and retrospective of sales, she gave good advise on what exactly to look for, when you are looking to purchase your first home. She is very attentive, professional and has bespoke approach - I would highly recommend Victoria as a property agent if you are looking to buy in London!

YOUhome have been amazing supporting me both in the sale of my property and helping me to find a property to move to. They always provide advice informed by a thorough understanding of the current market and they present this information so that it is possible to see the evidence for their advice, which I found very reassuring. In addition, they have always been very kind and willing to explain the processes involved to someone who last moved house 30 years ago and was not familiar with what was going to happen. I would unreservedly recommend them.

Can't say enough about the great experience we had with Tim Johnston and YOUhome with finding and purchasing our Shoreditch flat. Tim listened to our requirements, then did such a good job on the legwork that we made an offer on the first flat we viewed. This saved us a tremendous amount of time. Then, Tim was with us through the whole way with price negotiation (and renegotiation!), getting us the best deal we could get, then taking the lead as we encountered complications. I'd readily work with Tim and YOUHome again and recommend them without reservation.

I have dealt with Jerry Eptom and his team at YouHome Notting Hill for the past five years, in the main as managing agents for the rental of our Notting Hill flat and more recently in respect of its successful sale - in an extremely challenging market! I can not recommend You Home highly enough - an honest, decent and straight-talking agency with fair and realistic fees. Ten stars if I could. Thank you YouHome!

I was incredibly impressed with YOUhome. Davide Moi understands what buyers are looking for in properties and from the first conversation I had with him about the flat that I subsequently went on to buy he was gracious, charming, immensely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be helpful throughout the buying process until the ceremonial handover of keys. Buying and selling properties can be a stressful business and Davide took away that stress by his straightforward, honest and professional handling of the process and also by his kindness and consideration. I recommend him and YOUhome 100%.
